Through Him.

In this world I will have trouble but my savior has overcome
Before I lived I was dead, through His blood I was gifted freedom.

In this walk I have felt alone, but my God is by my side
There are times when I become weak but His strength does not allow me to hide.

There are days even in my own home when I know i don't belong
Only through my Lord can I ever be strong.

In this life I will feel heartbreak, but I receive peace from above
I know that I have been redeemed, I have been saved by Your amazing love.


So it's been a while! I've really missed writing and now that school is over for the year it won't take nearly as long for me to write some stuff for you to read. :] But for now here is just a little something God has been saying to me:
    
     How much do you love me? loaded question coming from God right?!
     Have you ever wanted something so bad; whether it is a to listen to a certain kind of music, watch a show or movie, or have friends or boyfriend/girlfriend but you know you just can't because it's not something God wants for you and you KNOW he is speaking to you about it? Never, right? haha yeah  me either.
How much do I love God? Do I love him enough to give up the things I love, the things that I might want to keep of myself but are not of him? Do I love him enough to hand over things into His perfect hands, His perfect plan? you might say, well of course I love God! and we do but think about how much God loves us! When we hand over these situations, these things, these sins, whatever it may be he is showing us how much we are loved to (not that he doesn't everyday) He is saying that without these things, these people you will be ok, you will be great because I am taking care of you and it is going to be so wonderful because it's HIS will.
   Be still and know that HE is God. We will have weak moments, but HE is mighty. We will feel alone, but he is with us every moment. We may have heartbreak, but He is ultimate comfort.
