hairstyles, best friends, and a week to go!

In exactly one week I will be on my way to Alabama, which leads to getting on the cruise ship!!! 
    I seriously can't wait for this cruise. I am going with my best friend! What can be better?!?! going with my celebrity crush probably (Don't tell her i said that). Anyway, I am still MAJORLY concerned about money even though I am doing better then I thought I was doing. I still need some clothes for it though and for that i need monnnaayy! :] But i am totes excited to spend ten days with my best friend and her awesome family! I can't wait to go to Mexico either. I definitly will be buying some jewelry!! I probably won't be able to blog about it while I am there but be sure to check this out by September 5th or 6th!!

My birthday was in July but my friends threw me an awesome surprise bday party in August.

The totally got me! Kylie, Alexis, and Katie all planned it for me! I was beginning to think that they forgot about me and i was really sad! Alexis made me these beautiful cupcakes, Kylie got my a ticket to see sara Bareilles in chicago with her and katie, and katie got me an Ingird Michaelson in Chicago with them, and umm.. Alex got me..underwear. It was just tons of fun to have such a great group of friends, that care so much about me!! i think my favorite part was when they told their favorite Heaher moments!! THERE WERE A LOT!!!! so, thanks guys! It was the greatest birthday ever!

I got my hair cut and the woman who cut it was a Christian!!

So, I desperatly needed a haircut before the cruise ( i am going to color it too, just later) and I went to this lady that Kylie told me about because I havn't found anyone i like since my normal person doesnt do it anymore. So It turns out she is a christian and it was so cool! We just talked about what we love the most the whole time which is Jesus Christ and his word. We even talked about our struggles and what we need help on and stuff! I am so thankful to God for sending her my way and I can't wait to go back to her!!!!

So many things to do and not enough time to do them!

The cruise is about a week and a half away and things are gettin' crazy!!! Everything that has to do with money happened in the last few days, causing MAJOR stress overload! My classes got dropped at Mott because of stupid financial aid and I freaked about that, I found out that i needed an ID for the cruise (which i should have thought of before) and that takes up to 2 weeks which i don't have, I have to raise money for the cruise(not easy when i want to buy clothes and stuff for it. My parents are really great about helping out though),and job searching. UGH! I mean, I am excited about school and stuff but it is just so much work to get done BEFORE the cruise. I have a job opportunity and I am doing some serious praying about it. If God wants me there then He will get me there. God will take care of everything because He has a plan for everything. I just need to calm down and not worry so much about things. (Philippians 4:6-7).

I am SUPER excited about the cruise! Just about ten days away with my best friend? What could be better? I seriously can't wait for so many things. The car rides, the boat, having a room to our selves, MEXICO, laying by the water, dressing up, and so, so, so much more! I will for sure be taking tons, and tons, of pictures and will put one on here so everyone can see. I am of course a little bit nervous because it's the first time i've been out of the country and my parents won't be there, but I am an adult and pretty sure I will be safe and sound with Kylies family. :]

Alright, here it comes. I had the CRAZIEST dream ever last night and I have to tell you.

Kylie and I were at this mall and we wandered into a closed humane society and she wanted a kitten. We ended up in the puppy section and got two out of the cages. Well, the puppies actually were babies...WIERD right? the worker came out and told us that the one i was holding would turn into a full puppy in a few weeks and Kys would be one in a few days, but hers had a dirty diaper and she didn't want him. It was just so strange, why did I dream that? My mind is so wierd sometimes.

bye bye bunny and crazy dreams!

So one of the biggest reasons that I decided to post a blog is to share my intense, awesome, crazy, dreams that I have just about every night. So here is a little back story of why I have had the dream I had last night. So my best friend and I are going to be going on a cruise with her family in like 2 weeks and I am really nervous that 1. sharks are going to bust through the ship and 2. that i am not going to have enough money (pirates are kind of too awesome to be scared of). So here it is: It was like 2 days before we had to leave and she called and told me that we had to leave now because plans changed. So I packed a bag and ran out the door. We get to the ship and my pastor is the captain
(which is kind of funny because he is just not ship captain type). I then realize that I forgot ALL my money and I call my dad. He proceeded to get me 300 dollars out of the bank but they won't let him get it all out at once! So all through my dream i am sobbing and crying and  the captain is giving a tour of the ship which turns into a hot topic(I do not even shop there!!) that is where i woke up...there wasn't even a happy conclusion so the dream!

Now to the sad part of this segment,
I got a rabbit my sophomore year in high school and his name is Twitch. He is probably one of the funniest animals I have ever been around! We have had some fun times like, when he hid under my bed before school and I tried to get him out with an apple, which didn't work because he stole it and stayed under my bed!! He also does this "hurt paw" thing when he wants attention where he pretends his paw is hurting so he lifts it up and limps and stuff until you give him love and a raisin. I know you probably don't care that much but he is a big part of my life and we have to get rid of him today. I am a big believer in if you get an animal, you keep it and take care of it. also, i get attached to inanimate objects! so my rabbit leaving is a big deal!

Family fun.

So this past weekend the parents decided that we were going to go on a mini vacation to Grand Haven and Holland. That is 6 people in a minivan, with no air, and the cup holders are conveniently all broken. I know this all seems very exciting but i promise you, there is plenty more where all this is coming from. So we get to the hotel and the disfunctional is showing oh so much.So we get there pretty late and find 2 twin beds...so Moll got a pull out mattress and i am staring out the window wondering why the curtain is sheer. i eventually just leave it and get everyone in bed. I would soon find out that there was a solid white curtain behind it which could block the sunlight. :] so the weekend was filled with going to the beach, eating at IHOP which i have been looking for forever. (where I live there isn't one), and doing a round of shopping. So that was the weekend for me. Thanks for reading and i hope you got some laughs.

First among many epic posts!

Well, It's been a long time coming and i finally have a blog! Basically what I am going to be using this for is to tell all of you wonderful people about all the crazy/non-crazy things that happen to me during my everyday life. I am also really excited to share all the things that God is doing. He is a constant in everything that I do so even though I am a really funny/crazy person and a lot of insane things happen to me He is always with me and I am always focused on Him. I hope whoever is reading this get's lots of laughs from what my day brings and all the lessons that I learn!
